What is the difference?

On the lecture,

The guy next to me has nothing to do with me.

OR

The guy next to me doesn't matter with me.  (My suggestion)

I think that both of them is the same meaning, but what is the differnet feeling on the meaning of each other?

Thank you for the response in advance.
^^
Thanks to ur question.
As u`ve seen, in case, the word "matter" has been using with these whole sentences that "what`s the matter?, what`s the problem?, what`s wrong?"
that`s why, You may assume that it tells the word of "Matter" from Nothing to do.
U guess right? Even Im not sure whether thoes are same due to not my mother language as the English.
If u wanna know accurately, Ask foreiners about it.
I think It may be better than my thought. ^^;;
God bless u all time.
